Elite Player Protocol
ELITE PLAYER PROTOCOL
ELITE PLAYER PROTOCOL REGISTRATION FORM
- Parents must pay $150 non-refundable fee. If the player makes the team their fee will go towards their registration. If they do not make the team, they will forfeit the fee.
- Players designated team must have no less than 11 players, in special curcumstances no less than 10 players.
- Must be placed in the top 5, in essence a game changer, by the evaluators.
- Player can be a named affiliate if the coach so desires and is approved by parents.
- During the tryout process the player must be indentified by the evaluators as top 3 forward, or top 2 defenceman to qualify for the elite player protocol.
- Goalies will be reviewed at the discretion of the Board.
- The named affiliate may play, if the roster cannot be filled by the B team players. **
- Players can be named affiliates without completing the above process, if the coach or coaching staff has scouted without the interference or soliciting of a parent. If the parent does this and is reported by the coaching staff, a $250 affiliation fee will be levied.
