Elite Player Protocol
ELITE PLAYER PROTOCOL
**PeeWee division must have 2 teams for this to apply.
ELITE PLAYER PROTOCOL REGISTRATION FORM
- Parents must pay $150 non-refundable fee.
- Players registered team must have 11 players without said player on roster.
- Must be placed in the top 5, in essence a game changer, by the evaluators.
- Player can be a named affiliate if the coach so desires and is approved by parents.
- Goalies will be reviewed at the discretion of the Board.
- The named affiliate may play, if the roster cannot be filled by the B team players. **
- Players can be named affiliates without completing the above process, if the coach or coaching staff has scouted without the interference or soliciting of a parent. If the parent does this and is reported by the coaching staff, a $250 affiliation fee will be levied.
