What is the 3C's MHA? |
The 3C's Minor Hockey Association was formed in 2014 and encompasses Castor, Coronation, Consort and surrounding areas. It consists of an executive that governs all Minor Hockey from Pre-novice to Midget within its geographical boundaries. |
What about Castor Minor Hockey? |
Castor Minor Hockey no longer exists and falls under 3C's MHA. |
What about Coronation Minor Hockey? |
Coronation Minor Hockey no longer exists and falls under 3C's MHA. |
What about Consort Minor Hockey? |
Consort Minor Hockey no longer exists and falls under 3C's MHA. |
How can I get a Release for my child? |
Releases no longer exist; please refer to Player Movement Forms. |
Can I get a Player Movement Form (PMF) for my child? |
A PMF will only be issued if the child does not have a team available to play on within the 3C's MHA or is going to play at a higher level (i.e.: AA or AAA). |
How can I get a Player Movement Form for my child? |
If your child does not have a team to play on within the 3C's MHA, or is going to play on a AA or AAA team, please contact the 3C's MHA President. |
When is registration? |
Early registration is usually open May 1 and closes June 15. Registration after this date will incur a late fee. Please watch the website for announcements. |
I thought Pre-Novice, Novice and Atom were still separate. |
All minor hockey teams within Castor, Coronation and Consort fall under 3C's MHA. At this time the PeeWee, Bantam and Midget ages will combine teams, but the Pre-Novice, Novice and Atom age groups will continue to have one team per town. |
When is payment for fees due? |
All payment of fees and late fees is due by September 1, unless other arrangements have been made. |
I haven't paid my fees; can my child still play? |
In order for your child to play, fees must be paid in full or other arrangements must be made with the Treasurer. |
I haven't registered, can my child still attend practices? |
In order for your child to be on the ice during a minor hockey session, they MUST be registered with the team. |
I have two kids that I want to play on the same team, how do I do this? |
All placements at the PeeWee, Bantam and Midget age levels are done by evaluators at the beginning of the season based on a player’s performance during evaluation sessions. Requests to be placed on a particular team are not accepted. |
What are Evaluations? |
Evaluations are a three-day process in which non-partisan volunteer evaluators assess players during on ice sessions. |
When are Evaluations? |
Evaluations are usually held during the third week of September. Please see the schedule tab for firm dates. |
